Scheduled to open in mid-2025, within a 5-minute walk of Union Square Station in Manhattan. The venue will feature a distinct floral ambiance tailored to New York’s unique seasons.

Upon purchasing your membership, we’ll send an email with details on how to access our members-only reservation platform.
Step 2: Reserving Your Visit
Log in to book a visit at the Singapore branch or any Japanese location. It’s user-friendly, even if you’re new to the process.
Step 3: Digital Membership Card
A digital membership card will be issued. Present it upon arrival for a seamless check-in experience.

Q2. How many guests can accompany a member?
Each member may bring up to three guests per visit, for a total of four people.
Q3. What if the Singapore branch doesn’t open as planned?
Your membership remains valid at all other EBISU FLOWER PARK locations worldwide, including Japan. However, refunds are not available.
Q4. What happens after I purchase a membership?
You’ll receive an email containing your digital membership card and reservation platform access. From there, you can reserve at the Singapore or Japanese branches.
Q5. Can I buy a membership as a gift?
Absolutely. Please enter the recipient’s name and email address carefully during the checkout process.
Q6. Where are the Japanese locations?
We have 13 locations nationwide, including Tokyo’s Ebisu and Shibuya, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Sendai, and Sapporo. You can start using your membership at these venues right after purchase.
Q7. Are meals provided?
We serve light snacks and flower-themed drinks, but no full meals. Our focus is on a multisensory flower experience.

Our venues are reservation-only, but same-day availability may be possible. Please contact us to confirm.

No, this lifetime membership comes with no monthly or annual fees.
Q13. What if a location closes?
Your membership remains valid at all other branches if one closes for business reasons. We do not offer refunds.
Q14. May I visit by myself?
Certainly. Solo visits are welcome. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere surrounded by flowers.

Even if the Singapore branch is delayed or canceled, you retain access to all other locations. Refunds are not provided.
